Basic Structure

• Core: High-quality silicon steel sheets, such as models 27Q130 and 27Q110, are used. Through processes like stepped lap joints, the hysteresis loss and eddy current loss of the core are reduced, improving the energy efficiency of the transformer.

• Windings: Generally, copper or aluminum wires are used for winding. There are various winding forms, such as layer windings and foil windings. Foil windings have good heat dissipation performance and mechanical strength and can withstand large short-circuit current impacts.

• Insulation System: Epoxy resin casting insulation is adopted, which has good insulation and moisture-proof properties. It can effectively prevent short circuits and moisture in the windings, improving the reliability and service life of the transformer.

Performance Features

• Energy-saving and Low Noise: Its no-load loss and load loss are significantly lower compared with traditional oil-immersed transformers and some old models of dry-type transformers. Moreover, the noise generated during operation is relatively low, usually around 50 - 60 decibels.

• Safe and Reliable: The dry-type structure avoids safety hazards such as oil leakage and fire that exist in oil-immersed transformers. Meanwhile, it has good corrosion resistance and short-circuit resistance and can operate safely under harsh environmental conditions.

• Environmental Protection Characteristics: There is no need to use transformer oil, so there is no risk of oil pollution. And its casing is made of environmentally friendly materials that can be recycled, meeting environmental protection requirements.

• Strong Overload Capacity: It can withstand a certain degree of overload in a short period of time. It can operate continuously at the rated capacity under natural air cooling, and the output capacity can be increased by 50% under forced air cooling.
