Performance Features

• Low Iron Loss: In an alternating magnetic field, losses such as eddy currents and molecular friction generated during the reversal of magnetic domains are relatively small, which can effectively reduce the energy loss of electrical equipment and improve the operating efficiency of the equipment.

• High Permeability: It has good magnetic flux conduction ability, enabling the magnetic field to be concentrated and transmitted more efficiently in the iron core, thus enhancing the performance of motors, transformers and other equipment.

Production Process

It is smelted in an oxygen converter. The steel billet undergoes hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, intermediate annealing and secondary cold rolling successively to reach the finished product thickness. Then it goes through decarburization annealing and high-temperature annealing, and finally is coated with an insulating layer.
