Performance Features

• High Magnetic Performance: It features high magnetic flux density and high permeability. Under the same magnetizing field, it can generate a stronger magnetic induction, effectively enhancing the magnetic field strength of equipment such as motors and transformers and improving their working efficiency and power density.

• Low Iron Loss: In an alternating magnetic field, the energy loss during the reversal of magnetic domains is relatively low, which can reduce the no-load losses and operating costs of the equipment and improve energy utilization efficiency.

• Good Thermal Stability: Its magnetic properties remain stable within a certain temperature range, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment under different working temperatures and prolonging the service life of the equipment.

Production Process

• Smelting: Usually, the oxygen converter smelting technology is adopted to precisely control the chemical composition and impurity content of molten steel.

• Hot Rolling and Normalizing: The steel billet undergoes hot rolling treatment to improve the microstructure and then undergoes normalizing treatment to refine the grains, preparing for subsequent processing.

• Cold Rolling and Annealing: Multiple passes of cold rolling are carried out, accompanied by intermediate annealing treatment. The process parameters are strictly controlled to make the grain orientation more consistent and improve the magnetic properties.

• Decarburization Annealing and High-temperature Annealing: These processes further improve the magnetic properties, reduce iron loss and increase magnetic induction.

• Coating with Insulating Layer: An insulating coating is applied to the surface to prevent short circuits during the use of the steel plate, improving safety and reliability.
