Performance Characteristics
• Low Iron Loss: In an alternating magnetic field, the energy loss caused by the reversal of magnetic domains is quite low, which can effectively cut down the no-load losses and operating costs of transformers and other equipment.
• High Magnetic Induction: Under a certain magnetic field intensity, it can generate a relatively strong magnetic induction intensity, enhancing the working efficiency and power density of electromagnetic equipment.
• High Permeability: It has good magnetic flux conduction ability, allowing the magnetic field to be transmitted more concentratedly and efficiently in the iron core, thus improving the performance of the equipment.
• Good Magnetic Stability: Under different magnetic field intensities and working temperatures, it can maintain stable magnetic properties to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
Production Process
It is smelted in an oxygen converter. The steel billet undergoes hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, intermediate annealing and secondary cold rolling successively to reach the finished product thickness. Then it goes through decarburization annealing and high-temperature annealing, and finally is coated with an insulating layer.
